Are There Any Effective “diet” Pills Out There To Boost One’s Metabolism, Burn Fat, And Suppress Hunger?

I am 27 and trying really hard to loose weight… I think my metabolism is struggling, because ive adjusted my diet and been working out 6 days a week and i still havent acheived any significant weight loss… Im looking for a boost, not a miracle.
So are there any tried and true pills out there than can help boost your metabolism, burn fat and suppress hunger?

The only one that is really proven is Green tea Extract. It’ll help to boost your metabolism and aid in fat-loss.
Don’t be fooled into buying anything else, if I were you. Most of it is Green tea extract with fancy names and other ingredients that don’t do much.

oxyelite pro es supposed to suppress hunger and five you the motivation/mood not to boost metabolism (i don’t think — or really know) but Want to exercise. it is supposed to boost mood and make you feel really energized.
i haven’t tried it… i got it as a asmple packet in a packet for some other pill i bought. but i looked it up and people seems to think it as ok. so look it up! :)

Any amphetamine based product will do this.
    Adderall”, “Dexedrine”, “Dextrostat”, “Desoxyn”
    You won’t sleep properly though.

Hi, I would suggest giving slimming pills and other such things a miss, keep going with the exercise and sensible eating, have you thought about looking on the forums for advice from specialist trainers? It might be that you need a more strenuous exercise regime if you need to lose that much weight.

    Adipex aka Phentermine
It is a prescribed diet pill and it works. My husband lost 28 pounds in the past 2 months and I’ve lost 23. The length of time that you are supposed to be on these pills is between 3 to 6 months. After the 2nd month, the weight loss slows down a little bit but that’s where the workout part comes into play. Be consistent. Good luck! ;)
EDIT: What mg were you on? 30 or 37.5? We started off with 30, after 3 mths went to 37.5 but our doctor said we had to go off of it slowly or that would happen to us. We ended up having to quit it all together because of lack of coverage. We just started back 2 mths ago. I hope you find something that works for you.

I am 27 and was at the same crossroads. Before I turned 20 I used so many different diet pills to aid in my weight loss. Xenedrine with ehpdra was the abosolute best but it is no longer legal. Since then I have tried to stay off diet pills but my body wont budge. I tried the Quick slim from the kardashian girls and it really did work with hunger suppresent and energy. Cant say I have lost much but it definitely helped my eating and gave me more energy. beware… if you take it in the morning before eating you may vomit.
